The second difference between Journal Entry and Journal Voucher lies in the influence of the journal value on the account balance. If the Journal Entry has been posted, the journal value will immediately affect the balance in the account.
Meanwhile, when the Journal Voucher is posted, it will not directly affect the balance value of an account. Where several steps must be taken so that the journal can be posted and affect the account balance.
Where on the journal voucher menu you can click the "Post Voucher" button to complete the journal which will be posted directly to the account. If you haven't pressed the button, your voucher will still be in the form of a voucher, not actually posted.
