How to Create Shortcuts in SAP Business One

In SAP Business One software, you are given the opportunity to create your own shortcut to create a particular menu window.

• Please open the menu: Tools > My Shortcut > Customize

• You have to choose what shortcut you want to use (for example: F2) and what window you want to display via that shortcut (for example: Sales Order), if so, then click the "Allocate" button then OK.

• Or you can delete shortcuts that are not used by clicking the "Remove" button.

• You can see all the shortcuts in a complete list in the Tools menu? My Shortcuts ? Shortcuts

• Then, if you press tab from your keyboard on a certain shortcut, the window linked to that shortcut will open automatically.
